Process

By getting to know our clients during the initial consultation, we are able to combine our expertise and professional relationships with some of the top home-furnishing companies with your vibe to create a masterpiece that truly expresses your personality.  You’ll feel like you’re on vacation in your own space and will never want to leave.  By hiring lit décor, you’re making a decision to save yourself the stress of bringing your vision to life. 

We can assist you with small projects such as color selection, décor elements for your current space or even providing you with a report of our ideas for your space, in case you simply require guidance on where to begin with your DIY decorating project.  Our team can also assist you with a complete overhaul and reconfiguration of your current space or a sophisticated design for your vacant space.  We provide a variety of staging services for occupied and vacant spaces as well as décor for special events or cocktail parties in your home.  One of our favorite services is providing interior holiday décor services. 

At lit décor, there is no project too simple or too challenging.  Most importantly, we always make sure the process is fun and exciting for our clients.  We keep an open line of communication at all time and develop long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Consultations

Includes a walk-through, measurements, client questionnaire, color palette recommendations and preliminary design ideas.

Interior Decorating Consultation - $350                  

Color Consultation Only - $150

Vacant Home Staging Consultation - $200 (Applied towards project after booking)

Occupied Home Staging Consultation - $250
